Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you use are yours to use.

Products & Pricing

Prices and availability can change without notice. We try to keep every product page accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we contact you before charging you and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has shipped. Until then we can decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock or payment verification fails, and we refund you in full.

Intellectual Property

The Handpod name, logo, site design, written content and photography belong to us or to their respective rights holders, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You may use the site for your own shopping.

User Conduct

Do not use the site to commit fraud, to place orders with payment details that are not yours, to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with how it runs. Do not scrape or copy the site's content for republication.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered and for putting it right if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond that, such as lost time or a missed occasion. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Termination

We can suspend or refuse access to the site, and cancel orders, where these terms are broken, where fraud is suspected, or where an account is used to abuse our return or refund process.

Changes to Terms

We update these terms when our process or the law changes. The revised version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and applies to orders placed after that date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are supplied as they are. Beyond what consumer law requires, and beyond our own return and refund commitments, we make no further warranty about a product's fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnification

If you misuse the site, break these terms, or place orders fraudulently, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If something goes wrong, email support@handpod.shop first. Most problems are resolved that way within a few business days. If a dispute cannot be settled between us, it can be brought before the state or federal courts of California.

Governing State Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, where our business is registered and operates.
