Handpod is an online gift shop. We sell preserved flowers, engraved keepsakes, candles and spa sets, ambient lighting, desk gadgets and gifts for children. We ship to addresses across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
What We Sell
Our catalogue is grouped into collections, each holding one kind of gift.
Roses & Keepsakes holds preserved rose bouquets and gift boxes, rose bears, and stainless steel pieces including engraved necklaces and matching couple ring bracelets.
Candles & Spa holds scented candles, a candle warmer lamp with a timer, shower steamers in scents such as Lavender Love and Surrounded Floral, and a lavender spa basket.
Mood Lighting holds galaxy and star projectors, a jellyfish lamp, a gesture controlled light, a video display fan and alarm clocks.
Fun & Novelty holds desk items and small gadgets, including a thumb camera, an FPV mini camera car and a desk punching bag.
Gifts for Kids holds savings banks, one of which lets a child set a savings target, and a light up drawing board.
Product Information
Each product page lists the materials for that item and the options you can choose from.
The engraved necklaces and the couple ring bracelets are stainless steel. The Rose + Rose Bear pairs a soft touch foam bear with a gold stemmed rose under a glass dome. The EverGlow Glass Rose Gift uses glass and crystal over an LED base. The Jellyfish Lamp is acrylic, and the MagicGlow Drawing Board combines an LED panel with an acrylic drawing surface.
Most items come in colour or style options, picked before you add the item to your cart. The engraved necklaces come in red, pink, purple, blue and white, and the drawing board comes in medium, large and extra large. Engraving is set at the point of order and cannot be changed later.
What We Don't Do
We do not run countdown timers, "only a few left" banners, or invented stock numbers. Stock figures come from what we actually hold, so when an item runs out the product page shows it as unavailable rather than continuing to take orders.
Ordering & Fulfillment
You order through the site. An account is optional and you can check out as a guest. A confirmation email goes out as soon as your payment clears.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day are picked up the same day. Packing takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days, so 8 to 18 business days in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
We email a tracking number when your parcel ships. Standard shipping is free on every order.
Store Policies
Shipping, returns, refunds, payment and privacy terms are published in full and linked in the footer of every page, so you can read them before ordering.
The return window is 30 days from delivery and there is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover return postage. If you change your mind, the return postage is yours to cover. We exchange damaged or incorrectly supplied items where we still hold the stock.
