We collect the contact details you give us: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. We collect order information including what you bought and your billing address. Payment details go to our payment provider, not to us. We also collect device and browsing data through cookies.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, to answer your support messages, and to screen orders for fraud. We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any of it.
Third-Party Sharing
We share data with the categories of provider needed to run the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our order-tracking provider, and our website and analytics platform. We share only what each one needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and for as long as the law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept while they are useful for handling your query.
Children's Privacy
The store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The revised version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after that date means the updated policy applies to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
